Instrument Panel Lights

As stated on a previous page of this site, the bulbs on the instrument panel were burned out, or so I thought. Half of the instrument panel was not lit and the other half was dim.  The high beam indicator would not light at all.

Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the mentioned bulbs were not just burned out but the sockets were missing or damaged.  We replaced all 7 sockets with new sockets and 7 new 158 light bulbs. But even after the installation of the new bulbs and sockets the panel is still fairly dim. So we added Aluminum foil to the inside of the cluster to brighten it up.
