You have two options in buying wiper blades and refills: OPTION ONE         OPTION TWO

There are many blade and refills manufacturers out there.  Some last over a year while others last only about 2 or three months.

OPTION ONE

Many Auto Parts suppliers do not sell 11 Inch blades or refills.  You can take 22 inch (558.8mm) long refills.  But if you do this you will have to cut them to proper size.  You can either use the originals or you can simply insert the new refills into the old blades.  If you insert the new refills in to the old blades, you will have to cut the rubber with a razor blade or box cutter.  Then cut the plastic with something like a pair of dikes or lineman pliers.

Using 22 inch refills will give you two sets of refills once they are cut down.

You are wondering the legality of this,  "cut to length" wiper blade refills are available in many auto parts stores.  I would think that they would not sell something that is illegal for use.  But you should check with local authorities for local regulations.

OPTION TWO

You can buy both the blades and refills from companies listed in our LINKS page.  The price may be a little high but you will want to get Bosch wiper blades and refills.  They tend to last longer.
